A woman who applied for a job 48 years ago has finally received a response and is speaking out about her experience.
70-year-old Tizi Hodson received an answer to her job application she sent in 1976. The letter was lost almost 50 years behind a post office drawer; it just arrived with a humorous explanation attached. Though she never landed the motorcycle stunt rider job, Ms. Hodson had a colorful career filled with adventure as a snake handler, horse whisperer, and even an aerobatic pilot.
"I always wondered why I never heard back about the job. Now I know why," she remarked.
